SAP NetWeaver Product Management is performing an on-going project to gather feedback from North American customers using the SAP Business Intelligence (SAP BI) component of SAP NetWeaver. The main goal of this telephone interview session is to give you a chance to provide direct feedback about how the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW) is used in your organization to the SAP product management, product definition and development teams and to influence future development. We want to hear about what you are doing with the solution, your future plans, your likes and dislikes, and so. This applies to any customer in production on SAP BW, regardless of release. An agenda with all of the interview questions will be provided to you prior to the interview, but the following are some examples of questions:
What business problem were you trying to solve or what business improvement were you trying to make with SAP BW?
Is SAP BW your Enterprise Data Warehouse or is it part of a larger platform?
What tool or tools do you use for end-user reporting (e.g., Business Explorer, Cognos, Crystal, etc.)? Are the available tools sufficient and easy to work with?
What is your assessment of the effectiveness of OSS support?
Overall, have you been satisfied with SAP BW?
What are your future plans for SAP BI?
The feedback interviews take about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the number of people from your organization who participate and it is up to you whether you have one representative on the telephone call or a group of people we welcome anyone in your organization who has input.
This interview is for internal SAP purposes only and is not tied to any sales or marketing campaigns!
If you think you would be interested in participating, please respond to this Web log with your contact information, email me at Kathleen.Beavers@sap.com or ask your SAP account team to contact me. Right now I am only interviewing customers who are in production, but you can request to be put on the list for an interview at a later date if you are in the process of implementing or upgrading.
