I arrived in Walldorf this morning and was met and looked after very well by Mark. I’ve just taken some pictures with my trusty mobile phone and posted them on the web.

There’s lots of great discussion here. But I’ve got go as the discussion is reaching a stage where I simply have to interrupt!

More on this later.

This event was excellent. It was a good experience to attach faces to names. And even better, was to really learn to know people, and shake hands. Especially that anti-soap guy. I espially liked the “informal” mode. The only person that decided to come with a tie, was immediately given a SDN T-shirt :). And afterwards, as reward a personally signed copy of The Book for dummies! A great thanks to Mark and the rest of the SDN crew for making this happen!

Hmmm…what is the moral of this story? Something like everyone should write weblogs, so that next year everyone get a signed copy of Dummies Too.

your appearance at the SDN Weblogger meet was a pleasure for me. Keep on with your refreshing way of explaining and carrying over things. Very good idea to take the pictures and blog them on SDN immediately at the meeting!

SAP & Mark, thank you for providing me and other non-SAP people the opportunity to attend the meeting! I enjoyed it very much and it could not be topped by the wedding-eve party of a friend of mine that I attended afterwards -:)
