It's always satisfying to see immediate results from your efforts. I think that's why even certain mundane tasks like vacuming the carpet or cutting the grass can be gratifying. You put in a certain effort and you see an immediate benefit.

When we started the SAP NetWeaver Partner Initiative we committed to partners that we would transform our partnering activities into the "Art of Partnering" by walking side by side with our partners as equals. My belief is that the key to this is sharing information with partners on an open and collaborative basis. We've initiated a number of different activities to improve the communication and collaboration with our partners around building a business together with SAP NetWeaver.

The SAP Consulting Corner is now bearing fruit as measured by the number of people who now make this location one of the top destinations on SDN. (You can also get to the Corner by going to the SDN home page and clicking on the quick links on the top right corner.) In addition, the discussion forums have really taken off with lots of questions and answers from the community. We're trying to make it easier to find the information that you need and want to help you build a more successful NetWeaver consulting practice. Whether it's information on partnering, training, architecture papers, you will find it all conviently organized together in the Consulting Corner.

I hope that you find the Consultant Corner useful. If you haven't been there yet, take a look. If you have been there, then let me know what you like about it, what you don't like, and suggestions for new content and features.

Now back to finishing cutting the grass...
