The SAP NetWeaver Partner Initiative team has lots of information to share with our growing partner ecosystem and we are very excited to launch the Consultant Corneras a one stop shop for all SAP NetWeaver developers to access the most current information and news around NetWeaver, the cutting-edge technology platform that incorporates the latest in business software technology.

As SAP expects virtually every SAP customer to use SAP NetWeaver over time, SAP NetWeaver-related services will be the biggest growth opportunity for SIs in the near future. Using SAP NetWeaver, SIs can also gain a competitive advantage: The services-based architecture of SAP NetWeaver allows SIs to apply their industry specific business process skills in a way that leads to faster results and more flexibility for business strategies at the customer site. And as SAP NetWeaver reduces TCO and takes integration to the next level with the portal, business intelligence and master data management capabilities, SAP expects that SAP NetWeaver will promote even more growth in the integration business.

SAP NetWeaver has triggered the fastest growing technology community at this point in time. The SAP Developer Network Consultant Corner allows our thriving partner community to share, learn and contribute information to communicate with peers in a vibrant community. Experts will be recognized as trusted resources of vital information by the members of the community, and we encourage your ideas and best practices to be shared through the Consultant Corner and the discussion forum for SAP NetWeaver Partner Consultants.

Use the Consultant Corner today for all of your SAP NetWeaver needs. You will see the personal and professional rewards tomorrow!

I am surprised at the content that is currently in the Consultant Corner.  I had the feeling, particularly given the related blog by Mark, that the area was intended to be less about NetWeaver and more about applications like ERP, CRM, etc.  An area for the functional consultants rather than techies.

So far, it seems mostly oriented to getting information about NetWeaver partnering and certification.

      Cheers,
      Scott
