i do have one requirement to consume external WSDL file into SAP. but for some reasons this intergration of SAP with extrernal system through WSDL file is not working .
to achieve this, as a second Option I am planning to handle this business requirement through ODATA URL.
it means I will develope the ODATA Service as per the external system requirement , once it is consumed into external application the ODATA will send the employee data through XML format. once the other system validates this employee data, it needs to send us back the Dynamic key.
once I get the Dynamic key, I will concatenate with one static URL, then the external portal will open from SAP. then the user can complete this business process.
But the problem is the Odata URL needs to be triggered once the end-user clicks the Portal link in ESS Application and this is required for the open enrollment period in the USA.
so how do I handle this requirement, kindly can u explain the Process completely
