Desktop Agent for MAC in SAP Process Automation.

I have downloaded desktop agent Mac Os X (arm 64) from this link MAC Desktop agent. After adding extension and activating agent the automation is not working.

Were you able to resolve the issue? I've tried multiple times to install and uninstall and although the finder says it is open, no dialogue display nothing pops up
