A few users in our organization have received a certificate renewal notification email from SAP CloudSupport Alerts (sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com) regarding plateau.com Certificate Renewal for Production and Non Production environments. I have a question regarding the recipients of this email: Do they require access to any specific authorization in the SAP Launchpad or SAP for Me account? We would like to identify how the recipients are chosen for this communication so that we can adjust the access in the Launchpad accordingly, to prevent individuals who are not intended to receive this communication from doing so.
