Issue while calling RFC look up from GUI mapping

Hi All,

We are getting error while doing RFC look up as "Cannot perform RFC lookup Technical error when calling an adapter remotely. The HMI method with the ID process was called with an incorrect session status. The system accessor object is missing See error logs for details". We check RFC channel connection and the credentials; all looks good and even connecting successfully to backend system.

I think authorization even looks ok.

Any other idea for this issue?

Do you have this code fix in place - 2969210 ESR Mapping lookup not functioning?
