Error during build/deploy .hdbgrants file.

Hello,

       I add the .hdbgrants file and executed "Build". I get the below error as in the screen shot. So far I have checked the Remote Source HANADB and its credentials and they seem to be OK. 

The Remote Source details as below

The Tenant database seem to enabled and running fine and I have added "User Provided Services" as in the below screen shot.

 

What am I missing?  How do I rectify the error and deploy .hdbgrants file?
