Calculate Measured based dimeson in SAC Analytical Application

Hi Everyone
I am trying to build one measure based dimension where that measure is calculated at model level with date function "Previous"
here this all are Model level measures,

By using this measures I made this table structure

Where I wanted to remove the entire row, if Inv ratio % of last month is < 1%.
Also keep in mind that we have left side material hierarchy !!

I tried to make a flag using Measure based dimension and than filter to remove row, but won't work

I added context as well but didn't work

Please let me know if you find any missing steps or logic to achieve.
I would really appreciate your answer

Another way could be to make the relevant row 0  ( multiply by 0) when Inverse % less than 1 %. Zero suppression will remove the row .
