Hi

I appear to be suffering from this on the development server we have.

1916649 - Information Design Tool session terminated right after login for certain users

How do I troubleshoot this to identify where the rights may be denied and where I can put the rights so they will be applied.

Using the SAP BusinessObjects BI platform support tool.

It's good at showing me rights, but not where to specify them.

I manually added rights to application > IDT

I have lots of rights on the Personal Folders.

but no rights on my inboxes folder

Any help would be great.

Hi.

So I inherited this system so don't know how it was originally setup and what the default settings are.

The above are the rights on the Inboxes for the Everyone User Group at the moment.

My Question.

If this was a new setup would a newly installed copy of BO 4.2 SP8 be setup like that?

If not what rights should be available to all users on the system?

What do I need to do to make myself when logged in as me and not an administrator and other users have access to view Inboxes.
