Aggregate column in advanced reporting for time off

Hi,

I have used aggregate columns to good effect in the past, but for some strange reason, i am unable to use the same when it comes to leaves taken / time offs. Is this a common behavior?, I do not even see the leaves taken / quantity field while trying to create an aggregate column. The field has been selected as part of the query as well.

Any help will be supremely useful.

I personally don't have good experience with aggregated columns in Canvas, I usually applied a pivot table instead as that had proven to be more effective. In Stories it works a lot better to be fair.
