Validation links to GRDC Forms

Hi Experts,
I tried creating a link for a GRDC form from a validation rule - following the instructions - https://blogs.sap.com/2023/08/28/sap-s-4hana-cloud-for-group-reporting-2308-is-generally-available/#...

However, the link results in an 400 bad request error.  I also tried adding variables per the help though the link above does not require.  Any ideas?

Here is the copied link:

When I click the link above is pasted in the browser as expected but I get a 400 error.

#2 Then I added parameters case specific as per help - in bold black
