Error when exporting report from MB52 to Excel format (Application not executable! (sy-subrc: 7 ))

When I try to export the report to excel format, it is giving me this error: "Application not executable! (sy-subrc: 7 )"

I checked other posts and the response was that the message means that the directory is missing, I think...

so I tried different directory (file path) to save, but it is still giving me the same error. Can anyone help me on this?

Is it because of the authorization issue? could you check the SU53 any missing authorizations?
