How required quantity on a Production order are filled using CO40 ?

Hi Team

This is what is happening when the production order is being generated om the BOM the required quantity is getting different according the planned order for some cases and for some others is working correctly

For example im creating a production order for product 1 it does have compoments

A B C and A and B are getting quantities correctly and C it is not

But for product 2 has the same components

A and C are getting quantities correctly and B it is not

I have to re read master data PP in order to get quantities correctly

Any clue ?

Hi Jose

This possibly a problem with the BOM explosion. Check if the correct BOM is being exploded when the order is created and the explosion date in the production order.
