Suppression rule for different campaign priorities

Former Member

Hello,
We want to create a one-day reccurence campaign with priority = Very High (1)
And we need to add logic (suppression is equal to 1):
1) If contact got 'EMAIL_OUTBOUND' from campaign with priority = 1 - that contact should be suppressed from any email campaigns with priority = 3
2) And if contact got 'EMAIL_OUTBOUND' from campaign with priority = 3 he is able to receive EMAIL from campaign with any priority

What logic do I need to use? Maybe there is other way to realize our idea? (SAP marketing 1709 on-premise).

Currently, all my tests ended with fail logic or even dumps.

Hi,
I did not test it but it should work with the following rule:

IA_Type refers to the type of a past interaction, IACPG_Priority refers to the campaign priority of said past interaction and CPG_Priority refers to the priority of the current campaign. If these are matching, the contact is suppressed by one (1) day.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Steffen
