It is October in Las Vegas, and that means it’s SAP TechEd season once again. In addition to more than 1000 hours of technology sessions covering SAP and our EcoSystem of technologies, this year’s event has the largest mobility technology showcase ever.

What’s the technology showcase?

This year’s technology showcase, which is a significant expansion of last year’s architecture clinic, is an opportunity for people to have hands-on experience with the latest technical innovations and work directly with SAP technical experts. The technology showcase will focus on three technologies that are top priorities for SAP customers: Mobility, Cloud based operations and Platform, and SAP’s HANA in-memory database technology. For Mobile, the showcase area will also include:

Test Drives – this area gives you an opportunity to see what the latest technology is able to do. The focus is on user experience, and attendees will be able to test drive SAP’s mobile apps portfolio of industry mobile apps, line-of-business mobile apps, analytics apps, consumer apps, and apps from our partners that are developed through the Mobile Apps Partner Program. Access to Experts – this area gives you an opportunity to connect directly with SAP and EcoSystem experts. For mobile this will include Mobile Device and Application Development, Mobile Application Development Platforms, Mobile App Development and Developer Resources.

Sneak Peaks - we cannot provide too many advance details, but attendees should plan to come by the Mobile space on the floor to see how SAP is supporting and innovating for the latest releases of mobile devices

We will be bringing our mobile application development and mobile device management experts to staff our discussion tables and they will be sharing the latest news about our products and roadmaps.
