If you attend this year’s SAP TechEd event in Las Vegas, I hope you will check out the many activities that are sponsored by the SAP Runs SAP team.
Here are some of the highlights:
15 Education Sessions
First and foremost, SAP TechEd is about education. So I’m very pleased that the SAP Runs SAP team will offer 15 sessions and almost 40 hours of education, covering a broad range of topics that are relevant to today’s IT professionals – including:
- Mobility: Today, every organization needs a mobile strategy. As global trend-setters in the mobile space, our team is excited to share our mobile journey with attendees. (This will include our perspectives on the new iPhone 5, which I’m sure will generate a lot of buzz on the show floor.)
- Bring Your Own Device: BYOD continues to be a hot topic for customers, and attendees can learn about the ins and outs of enabling employee-owned devices. For example, we will cover the legal and security aspects of BYOD.
- Analytics: SAP Global IT has done some amazing work around analytics innovations, and we will have the best and brightest experts leading sessions on SAP Visual Intelligence, mobile analytics solutions on SAP Business Objects BI, and more.
- Security: For the first time, experts from the SAP Global IT Security & Risk office will offer insights into our internal project for gateway security.
But the learning doesn’t end there!
SAP Runs SAP Clinic
The SAP Runs SAP clinic (also known as “demo table’) is an excellent way to expand your knowledge base and gain valuable insights from SAP IT experts.
At the clinic, you’ll see the latest SAP Runs SAP innovations in business analytics, in-memory computing, cloud computing, mobile technology, and more.
You’ll also have a unique opportunity to connect with our team members, who are always happy to meet and network with customers.
Keynotes, InnoJam, and More
On a personal note, I’m delighted to be delivering the Partner Summit Keynote, which gives me the opportunity to connect with our partner ecosystem and share our latest SAP Runs SAP developments and insights.
I’m also excited to share the keynote stage with Vishal Sikka and Sanjay Poonen at the SAP Technology Executive Summit. This summit allows SAP senior executives and customers to meet in a small, informal setting where we can talk candidly about SAP’s strategy, insights, and vision.
I will also be leading a customer panel discussion at the Executive Summit on the topic of why start-ups using the SAP HANA platform. And, I will be meeting with our SAP Mentors.
For fun, I will be among the judges at this year’s InnoJam, which always offers a unique glimpse into creative minds at work.
See You There
I’m looking forward to experiencing the TechEd buzz. There is always a high level of energy at this event, and we will be contributing to that energy by delivering a superb experience in our many SAP Runs SAP programs.
Hope to see you there.
