Read Compuware’s latest report analyzing web and mobile performance trends across seven major U.S industries, including retail banking. The results show that retail banking was the fastest industry in terms of mobile performance and exceeded consumer expectations for mobile site performance in 2011.
Furthermore, all industries increased the size of their key user transactions with an average increase of 16 percent and mobile page size growing 103 percent over the evaluation period in 2011. See where industries are being successful and where they’re still struggling:
