VAHLE implemented the Business Suite Foundation component
Process Observer together with SAP consulting partner
Cubeserv in order to identify bottlenecks and streamline their order-to-cash process run on SAP ERP. The overall deployment time of the Process Observer component took only 10 days. The monitoring setup, on top of Process Observer, allowed them to identify gaps in material planning and in stocking processes that were slowing down product delivery. Appropriate training of business users and constant evaluation now enables them to deliver faster and make their customers happier.
